Tonight, I aired until I no longer could believe that my order as almost ready. Nobody came to the car as the last text message said he or she would. I finally knocked on the locked take away door at 9:25 pm. There, an outback employee sit tapping away on her phone. When she got around to unlocking the door, I provided my nam as she asked and I inquired, Ots still not ready? She said indefferently, “yeah, I have it,” and slung it at me. I asked twice, is everything in here, additional toppings and bread, everything I ordered. I found once home that I did not get the load blade potato with additional topping for which I paid additional money. I did not receive any salad dressing with my upcharged strawberry salad. The food that was in the bag was cold and nothing besides the bone in rib-eye was complete. The steak was not medium rare, as ordered. My entree salad did not come with honey mustard and again no dressing for the strawberry sales and no topping, never mind additional for the potato. We received three ranch in toppings sized containers, one butter for both the potato and the bread and one sour cream. I called the restaurant but three times the phone was directed to the outgrowing message which concludes with or press one for an Outbacker. No Outback Et answered. I deserve a full refund and I will sleep on this before posting the review it deserves on google. This restaurant needs a visit from corporate immediately. The girl on her phone forgot my coke. I reminded her. She gave it to me without a straw. She could not care less.
Desired outcome: Full refund. As far as trying to improve, that’s up to the powers that be. It needs it.

I think we should find more ground for an apology after my families experience. As the Director of Social / Digital Marketing for a franchised international company my ability to reach a large audience of consumers, many in the hospitality business have already begun to trend. Outback Steakhouse - Prime rib
My wife and I recently dined (Friday Night 7/16) at Outback Rt #60 Vero Beach, Florida. We have been there before and had no issues. I ordered a 12oz Prime Rib (Medium) for dinner and it by far was the worst experience I have had at this restaueant. When the Prime Rib was seved, it was completly Cold as if it just came out of the Refrigerator (my wife & our friend felt it as well & couldn't believe it). We sat at the Bar so I told the Bartender how cold this meat was. He was very accommodating and brought it back to the kitchen. It re-arrived and was luke warm as someone instead of serving a new & acceptable piece, actually appeard that the product was microwaved and re-served. To be honest with you, I would think twice about ever returning. My wife ordered a salad so there was no issues there. At least they got something right. I am very dissapointed!
