Person showed up at my door (Nov 6, 2020) stating a renewal of contract was due that previous homeowner had initiated. He said I could pay him and he would do an inspection. I declined but called the company and renewed the contract. The same man called stating he could have done inspection that day but I did not want it. I do not do business with a person showing up at my door wanting money to do a service. He said he would come back at a later time. I informed him that we would be leaving mid March and he said he would be here before my departure. I am leaving this week. I called the company to let them know he has not shown up. I was informed that he documented that he did inspection when he was originally here and another one was scheduled in September when I will not be here.
Desired outcome: disciplinary action of personnel for fraudlant documentation and not fulfilling service
