I arrived at the Captain D's location on Baker Rd.. Store#364753 at 9:30pm. I ordered a 2 piece battered fish w/okra. I told the cashier Cheyenne that I didnt mind waiting and that I would like my food cooked fresh. There were no customers in the dining area nor were their customers waiting or in the drive thru. We were the only ones at the store at the time. I was told by the cashier Cheyenne that the food was being cooked fresh right now. I pulled up to the drive thru window, waited an additional 5 min. only to receive cold food. I immediately asked for as refund. The manager on duty Khori preceded to give me a refund through Cheyenne without acknowledging the real issue here. I immediately asked to speak to Khori. I asked, where was the disconnect in me saying, I wanted my food cooked fresh and that I didn't mind waiting and that you had no other customers at your location not to mention this location is open until 10pm which was another 30min. I gave Khori an opportunity to correct the the situation but the conversation was useless. Khori was unaware of what was going on because he was listening to music in his airpod and was not wearing a headset, had Khori been wearing a headset and not an airpod he could have handled the situation a little better not knowing Cheyenne had told me food was being cooked fresh. This is the 3rd time in 3 weeks I've visited this location and my food was either wrong or cold. I have called several times to complain but keep getting voicemails. If you check your voicemails, you would know that I was one of your dissatisfied customers (What happened to customer service?) I keep giving this location a chance because its close to my home and I Love Captain D's after tonight Captain D's is no longer my favorite fish place. I have called back several times and it only goes to voicemail whether its the store or the General manager Rock Jones.
