Goodyear - this company is not honoring my warranty.

I purchased four tires almost costing six hundred dollars. All of my tires have went bad. I ask the agent, ' was the tires that I purchased still under warranty'? The agent them replied yes, if I have not drove over forty thousand since the day of purchased. We later determined that a had reach also 28, 000 mile. So I was thinking the my tires should be still under the warranty that was giving to me. I was then told there was nothing they could do. If I wanted new tires, I would have to buy them. I then ask to speak or get contact information to the district manager, this request was also denied

Angered Customer at terrible service

They were the rudest people ever! The manager and the cashier swore and had hateful attitudes! They were mean and very disrespectful and made me uncomfortable and never wanting to go back!

On 6/14/2010, we took our car into one of your automotive service centers for a oil change. They also at that time replaced the spark plugs in the car.1 weeks later our car would not start . we had it towed back there and then they informed us that they overfilled the oil. The service technician that did the oil change put 4 QTS in a 3 QT engine. They did a free oil change again with the proper 3 qts of oil the car was suppoed to have, 3 days later the car would not start again. we had it towed once more to goodyear . they ran a diagnostic testing on the car and found nothing. they informed us since they could not find anything to take it to the dealership if there was any more problems with the car. 1 week later same problem and we ahd it towed to dealership. Dealership informed us that all the spark plugs that goodyear put in were all fouled out and told us that goodyear techs put in the wrong spark plus. nissan cars requirs a high heat coil spark plug and goodyear did not put those in. Ever since the oil change we have had nothing but problems with our car nad before we have had none. please advice. we feel as though goodyear has not made restitution other than pay us for the spark plugs that they put in and the free oil change. THEY HAVE NOT OFFERED TO PAY US FOR THE SPARK PLUGS THAT THE DEALERSHIP PUT IN OR ANY OTHER THINGS WE HAVE HAD TO DO TO KEEP OUR CAR RUNNING.
