I applied for benefits on July 13th, 2021 and my identity was verified on July 14th, 2021 via ID.me. I was advised per GDOL own website, once your identity is verified on ID.me, I would receive an email within 48 hours. Its now July 26th, 2021 and I have not received an email nor an response from my voicemails neither. I would like to reset my PIN, to started filing weekly claims.
Desired outcome: To begin filing my weekly unemployment claims
Georgia Department Of Labor - 2 months behind benefits
They are now 2 full months behind payments, including the FPUC benefits. I have tried every email I can find, and called many times I lost count, and not a single response was ever returned. I even tried to personally pay them a visit at the local branch in my area, and no one was around. The site I go to claim my benefits refuses to even allow me to due so and it has been like this since June. I am falling behind payments and unable to pay down my college debt and the deadline for paying them with zero interesting is closing fast (ends in September). It is bad enough I lost my job and can not find a new one. I need the money soon or I will have a major life and credit destroyer to worry about.
I am missing 2 entire months of June and July payments thus far, and I fear the same will happen with August until GDOL comes around and finally pays.
