I visited the new location on roswell rd / northridge, on 08/27/2020. I shopped for 1 hour and a half. I had over 30+ items. I wanted everything which was in my cart. Upon trying to check out, there were 4 items with no price sticker. The manager advised I could not buy those items cause would need to be re-processed. I advise cant you determine the price prior to me buying, she stated put items on counter and she will see what she could do, so I proceeded to do so. Out of the 4 items, 2 items would be no problem but the other 2 items she believed when to other items? I advised her that there was nothing in the area for either item to go with and I advised her I would not purchase anything unless I am able to get every item I shopped for. After waiting another 15 minutes I asked her was she gonna check on those items in question? she stated in a nasty tone, that she would when she isnt busy and would call someone up to do that and stated she had already told me that. This individual had no people skills and a nasty, nasty, disposition and she looked at me and talked to me with anger & hostility! nevertheless, reminding you that she only stated what I previosly typed and walked herself into a office behind a closed door, for another 10 minutes before coming back out. Plain out - r u d e! I did everything in my power to control myself so the police would not be called during my shopping spree@ the goodwill. So, I have now been in the store over 2 hours. When she came back out, she called a young man to the front and stated what she thought and for him to go check and let her know. He disappeared in the warehouse and I waited patiently and she returned to that front office, shutting door. Neither of them returned to the floor, after like a idiot, I waited another 30 minutes and I did not purchase any items in my cart and was treated poorly and unprofessional by this woman! this is goodwill, not saks fifth avenue! she needs to be replaced and find someone whom knows how to speak to customers and your employees. Just because she is a big black woman with facial expressions like a thug coming straight out of compton! she is highly aware, I am sure, you would have to be, that people are intimidated by her or will do what she states and never ask questions. I have shopped many other days at this location and never had to deal with her to check me out. She talks to your employees, which I remind you that are young adults or elderly people and she talks to them the same way for I have seen how she talks to them and over heard the tones. This woman is a bully! goodwill will loose customers and employees cause of your management choice for this location. She is not ready or she hates her job and it shows. I wasted my valuable time on straight ignorance instead professionalism. I know the items are no longer there from yesterday or I might could find a few of them but I feel strongly, this woman shows predujice through her actions and expressions and tone of voice, on how she speaks to other natonalitys and I refuseto go back until someone tells me or notifys me about yhis complaint.
A total of 5 hours of wasting my time now cause I am
having to take time out for filiing this complaint.
