On 6/28/2023 1:37am at waffle house unit number 0154 2758 cobb parkway s. E I walked in to order and was told I couldn’t order food due to unknown reason. 6-8 people where waiting on food cook was frustrated and was trying to not to cook any more orders. Another guest walked in behind me and was threatened by the cook and was told to leave immediately by the cook who left the line to escort the hurt out. Further more everybody was looking scared and confused after that I was told I could order something simple like eggs or sausage. So I order sausage and cheese grits and when it was time to pay for my order the new waiter seems to not know the prices of the items and was believed to just put any price on the items at hand. Very horrible experience and I felt very sorry for the guest who had to go through that horrible experience that night due to the cook who’s name I didn’t receive. I’m pretty sure this is not the waffle house standards and no guest should fell like this where they come to eat or spend their money honestly as a cook myself this should of never happen and some manager or cooperate needs to take corrective action with this cook so this never happens again.
