I was in the Journeys Augusta Mall on 11/4/2019, I purchased two pair of UGG boots. I informed the young lady that was helping me I needed them rung up separately. WE get to the register she ringing the merchandise up, I give her the coupon, she proceeded to ring up the other pair. I informed her again they're suppose to separate. She says no problem, but the Manager Hannah comes over and says" if you have coupons you need to present them first(rudely). I tell her they are separate purchases, she goes on, that's not how our system work, and so on. I advise her two separate purchases is two receipts, she continues about the system and me presenting the coupons first. I ask Hannah why didn't she ask if i had coupons? Her reply, no matter what store you go to you present the coupons first. ( Not true). Luckily I'm trained in De-escalating, I didn't let her attitude and rude behavior bother me. I did call corporate that day, no response yet. Apparently this unprofessional-ism trickles from the top. Supervision class is a must for her, train your employees about customer service.
