We placed an order through Uber Eats for Moe's. Uber Eats said that the order would be delivered between 6:15 - 6:45. The order was delivered at 6:20. Uber Eats did exactly what they said they would do. When we got the order and started to eat it we noticed that 2/3's of it was incorrect. Moe's had left several items off of our quesadillas' and failed to give us salsa which was requested. We checked the receipt and the order was placed correctly. Everything we wanted was listed on the receipt. I contacted Moe's through the website and also through Facebook Message and the response I got was that the following -

Since this order was placed with a third party company, you will have to contact Uber Eats to request a refund. In the future, please consider ordering through the Moe's app, or online at www.moes.com. Ordering directly with Moe's allows us to add rewards through the Moe's loyalty program, or to refund or make adjustments to charges in the event of a mistake.
I have addressed your feedback with our team and hope you'll come back and see us again. We value your business and would love the chance to make your next visit a great one!
