Texas Roadhouse - server and health concerns and alcohol drink order

On Sunday October the 12 at 1130 am I went to the bar and ordered a mixed drink a White Russian. The bartender used half and half from the coffee creamer small packet cups. I told her I would rather not have it and canceled the drink. I then ordered a salad and a glass of water. I observed an employee with a very noticeable Persistent cough. She was so loud I could hear her from the kitchen it was every 30 seconds are so. She was using her hand to cover her mouth and coughed into her hand. She was handling Customer plates and drink glasses and delivering food. I decided to cancel my food order and leave. I have eaten there before but felt very uncomfortable in the setting.
