Moe's Southwest Grill - Employees and food

I went into the Moes in Columbus Ga today on Whittlesey Blvd. I did an online order. Only half order was ready. For some reason part of it was cancelled so I had to re order but not before one employee was rude and didn't care. It even took my 5.00 reward and I didn't get to use it on my order so I had to pay full price which made me upset. I asked the employee (with the long eyelashes and I hope she isn't the manager) will I be able to use my reward and she said it might let you but I don't know. Really? She didn't try to help and then the other employee looked at me as if I had 2 heads. I frequent this store a lot well not anymore and I was highly disappointed and upset. Also when I got back to work 30 minutes late since I had to wait for the other part of my order to be made my burrito was COLD and there was some sauce on the outside of the foil it was wrapped in. That is disgusting. I know it's hard to find people to work right not but scraping the bottom the the barrel will lose you big time business. I will not recommend this particular store. I still love the food but highly disappointed in the store so I guess instead of going to this one that is by my house I will have to drive out of my way to go to a Moes. Or maybe I should start going to Chipolte and they aren't as good as Moes... You need to start looking at the people you employ and their unwillingness to help a customer. Rudeness should not be an option and if it is they do not need to work in a business where you have to have good customer service. Thanks My email is [protected]@gmail.com and phone [protected].

Moe's Southwest Grill - earmuff

I did an on line order. It was not made correct at all. I orderesd chicken I got ground beef which I can't eat. I didn't get rice black beans. The whole order was messed up and I could not eat it. I live about 25 min away from the location so I couldn't just turn around and go back when I had arrived home. So I had a meal that I could not eat. I have never had an issue and I hope I don't in the future.
