I was a customer at Captain D's in Covington, GA (Hwy 278). I placed my order, and the employee gave me a total of $18 and some change. I then had to ask to add the five add on shrimps. My total was then $20 and some change. Once I got to the window I asked, Tamia, if my shrimp would be free since she did not ask me if I wanted to add them on. She replied, no, and tried to tell me she asked me. I told her she didn't. I informed her that she had given me my total, and then I added the extra shrimp. She continued to say I was wrong and once she took my debit card; she slammed the window. I know it's only five shrimp, but a store policy should be granted if the employee failed to follow the guidelines.
Desired outcome: Train your employees to honor the store policies. I would like to receive a Captain D's gift card for a dinner of my choice.
