I am writing to address a deeply concerning and inappropriate incident that occurred in relation to my car purchase at Billy Ballew in Dawsonville, Ga dealership. As a recap, I visited your dealership with specific requirements for my vehicle purchase, including a maximum APR threshold and the inclusion of full Gap coverage. Regrettably, these requirements were not upheld, and I was left deeply dissatisfied with my experience.

After 2 months an individual from Billy Ballew dealership drove a considerable distance of two hours, in the middle of the night, to surreptitiously place the necessary paperwork in my car. While I acknowledge the effort made to rectify the situation, this action raises serious concerns about the transparency, honesty, and ethical standards of your dealership.

Rather than addressing the issue through open communication, the dealership opted for a secretive and unprofessional approach, causing further distress and discomfort for me as a customer. This incident undermines the trust I had initially placed in your dealership and calls into question the integrity of your business practices.

I urge you to take immediate action to address this matter and provide an explanation for the decision to handle it in such an unorthodox and covert manner. I believe that transparency, accountability, and customer satisfaction are fundamental aspects of a reputable business, and I expect your dealership to uphold these principles.

Also you want to keep on bringing up in your responses about calling the law on your customers that’s fine because I also am going to involve law enforcement about the sexual advances your married finance manager made on me even after me telling him to leave me alone countless times . So keep on .
