I was eating my purchased food at the Church Covington Hwy and Panola Rd on Monday, November 4, 2019 around 2pm. While dining two of Church employees began to have altercation while at their register. It appeared that one of the employee was a supervisor, however the other employee was loud, using obscene vulgar profanity, which children as well as other customers witness. The supervisor told the employee she needed to clock out, that she was fired. However, when the manager got involved he picked up the disgruntled employee and took her outside, he was able to talk to her and wow to my surprise, she was back at the register. The customers never received an apology for the outburst and disrespect. This location must believe that things like that happen on a daily in our community, no, this is unexceptionable behavior. The police should have been called. This location need new employees, supervisors and manager. All three employees should be fired. The manager for allowing the disgruntled employee to return to work should be fired. Also when the manager picked the employee up, she could filed a law suit for touching and mishandling her.
I am very upset over the situation not knowing what could has escalated . Please contact me to advise what actions was taken.
