Days Inn - unauthorized credit card charges

On 8/7/19, our church authorized a payment for one night stay for a gentlemen that was seeking assistance. I told the front desk person numerous times that the card was to be used for one night only. Last week I became aware that the card had been used again on 8/11/19. I tried for 3 hours to call the front desk and phone only rang with no one answering. So, I ventured over to the hotel when I got off work and spoke to the front desk person who said, "Yeh, their phones weren't working today." I was then made aware that the guest had used our card two more times. I asked to speak to the General Manager to get refunded for the unauthorized charges. The front desk person contacted the GM by text message and then said that they would issue the credit but it would have to be done by the next person coming in because he didn't know how to do it. It has been 5 business days since then and I still do not see a credit on our card nor are they answering their phone still. I sent an email yesterday to the email address on invoice from 8/07/19 but have not heard back from anyone. I would appreciate some kind of response from corporate office on how to get this issue resolved. My email is [protected]@wildwoodbaptist.org and phone number is [protected].
This hotel was a mess and would never recommend anyone to stay here. I felt very unsafe while I was there. I really hope that I don't have to go back again.

Days Inn - room

I reserved a room through booking.com for 01/06/2019 to 01/09/2019 for a friend and I. The first room given was not smoking room that I was booked. We checked in at 3pm, we had company with us at the time and when they left a few hours later I noticed that there were no pillow cases on the pillows and there were only 2 bath towels and no toilet paper or any of the shampoo/cond or hand soap. I called the front desk and was given attitude about why I was just noticing these things missing and why I hadn't called sooner. I called front desk on the next day to request smoking room and they made me wait until 3pm to change from #153 to #183 when I got in the room there was no refridgerator in the room so the desk moved me to #184. Again having company and being very busy I did not notice things again until a few hours later in which the same attendant asked again why I am noticing now and hadn't sooner. This mad me very upset, my friend and I started to look around the room and wow what a discovery we found. We found a dirty needle, weed roaches, meth on dresser with the tv. Also garbage in under and around the bed. Dirty sheets on the bed to top it all off. We found black pubic hair in the shower. This is not a bad area and these rooms should not be like this at all! I expect compensation for this. I took pictures of the room. I asked also on our last night to be given another room and I was told that the system was down but not more than 15 minutes later there were other people checking in!
