On June 22, 2021, I spent 20 minutes in drive-thru line and only moved one car. Since there were at least 5 cars in front of me I decided to go in and order. Kiosks did not work. Went to counter and after placing order was told "Oh, by-the-way only cash inside" Asked for the manager and asked why a credit card couldn't be run at the working drive-thru station and was told "We don't do it that way." Then she stated that the line outside was moving so slow because they only had one side of the prep station open. I could see to the back and there was garbage all over the floor especially around an overflowing gray trash can at the end of the counter. Floors were filthy and there several of the tables inside were dirty and had customer trash on them.
If this were an isolated incident I could accept a bad day excuse. However, on each of my past three visits to this store, they either accepted cash only, didn't have certain items, when I got home found my order was wrong and missing items, or was told you couldn't order inside and had to use the drive-thru. When at all possible I go to a location in Monroe, GA. Something needs to be done about this store. Whoever owns and/or manages it is incompetent!
Desired outcome: Replace everyone there or close the location. I can find nothing good about any aspect of this Taco Bell location.. I should be compensated for this store repeatedly wasting my time.
