Zips Car Wash - The worst customer service

I was at zips car wash in Loganville GA 125 Athens highway around 330 in the afternoon May 22 and I have a membership so I went thru the pay line and got in front of the wash station and waited and waited and waited and waited all while the attendant in the office slowly scrolled thru his cellphone and worried only about his cellphone. I work in customer service in fact I am a supervisor for a prominent business in the Loganville area as well. This is the worst customer service I have ever received at Zips. This is not the first issue at this location but it is convenient for me, from employees not knowing how to operate the machinery to being closed in the middle of the day. I will no longer visit this location and will pass on to anyone who will listen to avoid this location. The customer service here is something the company clearly does not care about. I have pictures of the incident as well.

Desired outcome: The employee on duty who cared more about his cellphone then customers deserves some sort of discipline at the minimum if not more.
