I placed an order via Doordash with the Burger King in Monroe, Ga. The driver showed up with my order an hour later. The driver apologized and said that she had to wait on the young kids at the restaurant playing and not worried about the customer service. The driver has filed a complaint with doordash and it appears in the doordash menu for Burger King.
Desired outcome: I would like to see someone get control of the situation at this store. I like Burger King but I am afraid the customer service is going to kill the business.
