It took 2 calls to organize the appointment for an in-home assessment. 1st call made on Tuesday was never returned so I made a 2nd call. On 2nd call an appointment was not available on Wednesday so we agreed to 3 pm Friday (today). Since I live 400 miles from my brother, I organized an RN to be at his home & FaceTime me for the assessment when your rep arrived. At 10 minutes after 3, I called the office, the receptionist agreed to contact rep. At 3:20 I still hadn't heard from either of them so I called back. I was then notified the rep had something unexpected arise & could not come.
I wasted over 2 days waiting on an appointment that never occurred. That's multiple days my brother has to be on his own & I have to start search over.
I am really furious at the lack of professionalism shown. If you are allowing people with so little responsibility to own a franchise, I'm glad it didn't work out because it would have likely only gotten worse.
You may want to review your Monroe, GA franchise holder because I can't believe she is in any way living up to her commitment as a franchisee.
Desired outcome: I would like to know how you handled this issue internally.
