KIA Motors - White paint started coming off roof and rusting

I have a 2013 Kia Sorento which about two years ago I noticed a spot on the roof above windshield. It kept getting worse so I talked to dealership service staff and showed it to them. They indicated that it was a problem and I should expect a recall. After waiting awhile, I talked to Sales Manager and he would not acknowledge it as a problem, offered no assistance and even suggested trading it in. Later I took it back and showed it to salesperson and requested they fix it, they said it was past three year warranty. Even after I said I would not buy another Kia, they would not agree to fix problem or offer a suggestion.

This is a serious paint issue with the mfgr of this model car and it is well known in the industry. Failure to own up when Kia may even be litigating against the producer is shameful and dishonest. I spent $900 to have the whole top of my car repainted just because Kia would not acknowledge the issue and did not care for me to be a repeat customer. I am also a retired individual who does not have the resources to deal with this matter and I paid a lot for this new car. I am very disappointed in this dealership.
