They have had my Motorhome for 26 days and except for the 3 parts i just got the # to yesterday, so i could order them, i know nothing about what's going on. The original service person has put it off on another girl, Ashley, bless her she is trying. But she was not there in the beginning, and i can tell from our conversations that she is not privy to everything i discussed with Victoria. Any way 26 days is plenty of time to have a written plan and parts already here. Now they are claiming they can't honor the install anything for $59.00 because they had to order parts from Carefree of Colorado, but all their parts are ordered because they do not make parts. So are they scamming people or just me? I have a feeling this will end up in Court as i am sure my bill will be outrageous.

They had my camper for almost 3 months. Customer Service Rep would not return calls and when he did he exaggerated time for the completion. At one point physically went to the store and even talked to the manager who resolved nothing. We were in the market to trade our camper and we did with another dealership. Will never use Camping world service for anything nor will we trade with them or recommend anyone use them. Service department at the Columbia, SC location SUCKS! From the postings I am seeing they SUCK everywhere
