On 3/27/21, at 6:39pm, I ordered salmon, veggies, rice and a house salad and my cousin ordered a steak and potato at 6:42pm, on separate charges, but to be picked up at the same time (between 7:35 -7:38). We told them we had a black Honda Del Sol. Arriving at 7:25, we parked directly in front of the pickup door and waited OVER 1 hour with no food. Over 10 people were standing outside the pickup door, waiting for their food in the spotty rain. After 40 minutes, someone finally came out to get our names, but nothing. We got out of the car and joined the other people. Many were cancelling their orders. We decided to wait and at 8:25pm finally got our food which we checked. It was barely warm and had been sitting on a shelf we could see for a long time. We had to drive 20 minutes to get home, so it had to be reheated. By the time we could actually eat it, it was 9:00, way past the time I like to eat supper. This is totally unacceptable for a business that has been around as long as Outback. The turnaround time for orders at Outback had always been long, but if the food was hot, it was acceptable. I know I will NEVER order takeout from them again.

Desired outcome: We spent at least $50. I want reimbursement for both of us, either with gift coupons we can use for indoor dining or on our credit cards. We did not get RECEIPTS, only the yellow paperwork taped to the bag. I spent $25.66
