Good Afternoon,
My name is Carlea Hammond and I had five massage appt scheduled for March 30 at the Scenic Hwy location and we are from out of town but we chose this location because we were celebrating my sisters 21 bday. As we were on the way to this location Saturday I got a call that the person doing one of the parties massage called out and the center was completely booked so they had to cancel his appt. So I advised them that I would give up my slot for him to be able to get the massage that was planned. They did give him 50% off his massage but I received nothing and I find that to be unsatisfactorily. I work with customers every day. I honestly felt no compassion from the young lady on the phone at all. So as the four other parties were nice and relaxed I was sitting in a hot car from 12:45 pm to 2:45 pm. So I am reaching out to you to see if there is anything you can do.
