I ordered my lunch online thought the app. I went to the store that I though I sent the order to find out I sent it to the wrong location. So I called the store where the order at to cancel and so I can place my order at the location I'm currently at. The lady to told me I can't cancel and there's nothing she can fo about it. So I tell the young lady behind the counter and she asked my the necessity the woman that I was speaking to. And said that she does this all the time she does not like to give money back to people. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME. they also cut you on food and get mad when u ask for more
Desired outcome: I would like a refund. I'm a huge fan of Moe's just check my rewards but if they can't be resolved I will not eat at Moe's anymore.
Moe's Southwest Grill - close talker
Let me start by saying I'm a fan of Moe's and order the close talker all the time. Today I ordered 2 meals online today totaling 14$.
The closer was missing the most important thing: steak. Among other little things like; all the ranch was missing, the salsa for the chips and the cookie was choc chip instead of oatmeal. This is the 3rd time it has happened. Called 2 x and no resolution. I spend 6$ in delivery and tip. 22$ and no lunch for me . Lettuce without meat is not palatable to me. The first time I called at 2:50 and the person who made it apologized. Ok that's fine. Now what? I was told to come in and get another order. Why should I go there when I spent 6$ to have it sent the first time. Not acceptable. I was asked for my number. I left it. I was told the mgr comes in at 4 pm and will call. No phone call. I called back at 653. I was just that irritated. A 12 hr shift with nothing to eat. I spoke with Shay. She apologized but told me no one has ever had a problem with their order. So basically it's unbelievable I've had a messed up order online 3 times. I told her I have the pictures and the email. The order was definitely not what I wanted and paid for. She went on to say I'm sorry but this is Moe's Monday so we are busy and she wasn't told to call me or there was a mistake. In the end she says come in and get another meal. I told her I'm not driving to a busy restaurant at 7 pm when I'm tired. That was the whole point of delivery. I ask for corporate and she said she didn't know the number and said she had to go on google to find it. Usually when a person ask for information they already have it . I'm not happy.
