I placed an order for veg sub on line and the payment failed. I switched and added another card and the payment was not accepted for it indicated that card was on file but the payment failed.
I drove to the store and stood at the cash register and your staff was busy but this is the first time they did not acknowledge me. Few minutes later your employee walked up to the register and asked if he could take my order.
I should him the national sandwich day ad on my phone and told him I could not place my order so I drove to the store.
He said if the order was not placed on line he could not give me the discount and asked if I still want to place the order and did not even offer an apology that I had problems placing the order on line.
He asked if I wanted to place the order and I said yes for I did not have time to waste.
11-03-2023 Chk # 21 TKr 666 Reg # 1 $7.82 charged on my discover card.
This is the first time I had such a bad experience with your store employee.
