I have a prepaid reservation from Saturday August 24, 2019 until August 27, 2019. My check out day is August 28, 2019 at 11am. The female front desk associate who checked me in late night Saturday did not put the proper information in the system. On August 25, 2019 a male front desk associate knocked on my door and opened up the door while I was sleeping and told me I had to leave and that I should have left by 11:00. The time was 11:21am and my checkout date wasn't until August 28, 2019 at 11am. When I gave the male front desk associate proof that I had already paid for my stay, he said there was nothing that he could do and he told me to go somewhere else. I can't believe a hotel would allow the staff to treat people this way and steal there money. I am homeless and didn't have any extra money to pay for another place.

I booked this stay on march 29th, 2019 through booking.com. I confirmed the reservation by phone and the desk person said I was in and no problem. I explained I was tired and needed to check in right away. When I arrived the clerk said that booking.com had given them incorrect credit card info and I had to call them to straighten it out. I should call.. That is not my responsibility. This took over a half an hour and then I asked if I was going to get sleep in this place and he said yes. He put me in the back building as a woman checking in alone near Atlanta. I had been guaranteed a smoke free room and the room smelled like smoke. The carpet was disgusting and had no water pressure in the shower. The bed had a sheet and bed spread. There was no blanket in the room. I was then awakened to a loud screaming fight that went on and on and I called the front desk and the desk clerk kept talking instead of listenng to me. He did go to the room to yell at these people which was 2:45am. I then decided to leave as I was completely furious. The desk clerk wanted to chat about it and I asked for my receipt and he said "oh you do not need it." I said yes I do and then he printed it out. I would appreciate a refund for this horrible experience.

Stealing money off of my and my daughter card and she has never stayed there Unsafe / unsanitary room, lack of response, lies Hotel kept my money and the room was already paid for. rude employees, old/worn bedding, bad housekeeping Fix this place.
