I leased a vehicle from American Car Center in Stone Mountain, on Memorial Drive on 10/25/2021 and my drive out tags expired on 12/9/2021. I went to the tag office on 12/13/2021 to get my tag for my vehicle and the tag office said that no paperwork had been filed. I immediately contacted the dealership and they said that they would file the paperwork. I never heard anything back from them regarding this. The tag office gave me an extended tag set to expire on 1/8/2022. I called the tag office on 1/4/2022 to see if I could pick up my tag and was told that still no paperwork had been filed. I went to the dealership on 1/5/2022, and was given the run around by the manager Larry, called the Corporate office, and was told that they do not have any information about this and the manager on duty at the Corporate Office (Sharon) stated there were no notes on my account. She said that she does not handle tags and titles, and would send an email. The tag office will not give me another extension. Here I sit without a tag for my vehicle and can't drive the vehicle after Saturday, 1/8/2022 because the current extended tag from the tag office will expire.
Desired outcome: Return Car, get my $1000 payment for tax. tag, and title
