February 14 2017 went to Stone Mountain Toyota get an oil change which would be at no charge as I have a card which gives you the 6th oil change for free. Was told that the oil change could not be done as the oil pan and bolt needed to be replaced. That it was a very serious situation because there was a bad oil leak. I had not seen any evidence of oil leaking from my car.
I was told that I had to pay $393.26 before the part could be ordered. I took the car the next day to a ASE mechanic who indicated that there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the oil pan or the bolt. He changed the oil and the filter with no problem. The dealership would have scammed over $400 from me.

I was looking to trade down from my 2017 BMW 750 Li . Autotrader gave me a quote for $14360 for my car. I went to Stone Mountain Toyota and they said I'd only get $14000. They convinced me to get a 2017 BMW 323ci. It didn't start when the dealer attempted. He said it was just lack of gas. I came back 2 days later when the dealer told me the car was ready. I came down and test drove the car and everything seemed fine. I agreed to buy the car and got a check 3 days later with the difference. Almost 2 weeks later, the car wouldn't start. I tried boosting but it didn't work. It wouldn't turn over. I told the salesman and he said to bring it in. I couldn't because it won't start. I emailed the manager but she never responded back to me. I went to the website and asked do I need a lawyer to help me and they called me right away. Once I told him I didn't seek legal help, he said I bought the car as is and he couldn't sell my car because of an engine problem. I couldn't believe I just got ripped off! My experience with Stone Mountain Toyota was the worst experience I've ever had and I've bought over 20 cars in my life.
I agree with feinburgrl! :)
Why didn't you get an independent mechanic inspection on the car before you bought it? Thats all on you but I can understand why you would get upset on it. Why would you get an older car that makes no sense!
