Had service by the same branch for my old address Duluth ga 30097 for almost 10 years. But after I moved in Suwanee, the price change a lot, first year so high so I had to go to "scotts service". Last year is super good prices, so I came back. But this year is a joke. I called about Month of January to confirm the pricing, a girl told me she can keep the same price $37 and some cents as last year. So I agreed to stay. But about 2 weeks ago she called me ask me about my lawn service, I said we already agreed to have the same price? Then, she said Trugreen don't have the special this year...so I told her call me back tomorrow & I need to check with scotts 's pricing first. I gave her another chance next day, I told her the price & she cannot match it, so I said please cancel with my service from now on & she said o.k. Today 2/21/2013 scotts came first at 7:35am on receipt did the lawn service & put the "keep out" sign on the grass. Then, Trugreen's Harold w. Thompson truck#109089 did saw the sign but do the lawn service again at 9:57am also on receipt. He doesn't care what Scotts did might have too much weed killer & fertilzer to kill my yard. He wrote ;must call to cancel service! treatment not completed." on the back of the receipt. I really lost confident with Trugreen company now. I don't believe both of these workers will change word about pricing & treat my lawn like just want to get money? If my lawn have any problem or die, Trugreen will be 100% responsible & I won't pay for today's service because I already did cancel the service. My credit card company already notice on their system about what happened & promise to do something when I see any charges by Trugreen. After all kinds of phone call & e-mail, they all said as least will not charge any fee for that service. Today 2/25/2013 they did charge full amount on my credit card. If you post on their facebook page, first they will have a guy call alex said will contact with you by their manager. It never happen just try to show their good care on their page. If you post it second time, they delete your post in 1 minute! Trugreen is the worse company & customer service I ever seen in America...
