I have not only been credited for install rebate but i have been consistantly over charged $500 in two and a half months. I am suppose to be on the reduced fee as per court specified and it was not being implemented from start nor is it followed now. Ive only had the device two and a half months and it has been a hastle. Staff isn't knowledgeable and the extensive hidden fees highly not recomended.
Intoxalock - bad customer service
Customer service is horrible. Nobody is willing to help. Can't get straight answers. They take money directly out of your account with your consent. I have been trying to resolve a situation for two weeks and finally get a answer of the money was owed to us so we took it out your account and no refund. Writing a letter to headquarters and will never recommend intoxalock!
Intoxalock - Hidden fees
On Aug.30th 2010 an Intoxalock device was installed in my vehicle. Today is Dec.12th. Since the first day of installtion I have had 5 of the devices installed in my vehicle. I pay a leasing fee of $65 dollars each month and each time they send me a new device they expect me to pay aprox. $92.00 for the new device and not to mention a $15.00 sevice dollar...

I feel like because other people in the family or whoever else may be operating the vehicle have to use it that it can't be sanitary either. I would like my money refunded or my bill adjusted for the lockout. What is this ridiculous company and product?
