I had a very poor experience with the portrait innovation studio in West Moine Iowa the manager was belligerent very rude and disrespectful to me as a customer! She proceeded to tell me that I didn't have a voice message from someone on her team about canceling appointment if I didn't confirm which I did half and Michael was originally to reschedule but after I was told that I wasn't telling the truth by the manager and treated so poorly I decided to cancel my appointment I think the manager should not be in leader ship and should be reevaluated I asked to speak to her superior and she wouldn't offer me that information she doubted that she was the manager and she wasn't giving out any other information to help support my complaint I was treated very poorly and as a result will never do business with Portrait Innovations ever again I hope this behavior and conduct is addressed with her immediately she was a poor example of customer service or example of rest representing the brand of this company I'm very disappointed with how I was treated!
