Texas Roadhouse

My son's order a burger with fries and after eating 2 to 3 bites he notice blood dripping off the burger. Everyone was serve and my wife order was missing and finally arrive 15 minutes later. I personally ordered 4 slices of cat fish but only received 3 after the waiter drop one on the floor. I didn't get my last missing piece 25 minutes later after repeatedly telling them I was missing 1 fish filet. The worst part of it all was the ignorance of the manager trying to defend the raw serve burger. He kept insisting that it was USDA tested, what did that matter if a burger is serve raw and under cook. The possibility of Ecoil 0157 surviving is high if mishandled. Cooking it at 155 degrees kills any micro issue. Chris outloudly told my family and everyone else that Texas roadhouse has had only on recall for ecoil. That to me is broadcasting a fear to everyone seating around. I took photos of the raw burger and I'm going to wait 48 hours to assure my son doesn't get seek before I think about putting it in social media. Alex [protected]
