I did not get a receipt for my grocery delivery tonight from Schnucks in Swansea Il.
I was charged $3.99 for delivery, which should have been free because it was over $35. And first time shopping at Schnucks. I was also charged $4.86 for both Tip and service fee. Isn't that double dipping? I am entitled to a refund for shipping and service fee.
Especially delivery fee.
My groceries were also delivered at 8:55 at night! I know I said first available, but never dreamed they would deliver that late. Way too late for older people!

If a specific window of delivery time is not requested, then don’t complain when it’s brought “ at first convenience, ” as you implied just a date. Go out into grocery stores these days during these trying times, and then you will see first hand what shoppers are subjected to, both tremendous demands/out of stocks, and the threat of contracting a virus to get people groceries that can’t shop or don’t want to place themselves in harms way. Can’t believe you complained about tipping and the time you “received” your groceries...WOW!
