On 9/15/20123, I entered the Bradley, IL White Castle to place an order. My order was placed at 107pm not too difficult, or large order, 6 double cheeseburgers fries and drinks. Customer #517. I waited for my order which was filled at 145pm. Many customers were leaving the store without even getting their food. The store inside was messy, no napkins in the dispenser, no lids for drinks, many drink unavailable in the dispenser. The staff was inattentive during the process. At one-point employees stopped taking order in the lobby. Many customers came in after getting drive thru orders which were incorrect. Most left without any resolution. I am 64 years old and had my first White Castle at age 3 in Chicago, IL. I have been a customer ever since. I have never seen an operation run so poorly as this store, some changes need to be made. I felt sorry for some of the employees as they seemed stressed and exhausted. Please help them and recover your image! I cant read many items on my receipt because the employees needed it to fill my order due to some issue. So some information is just illegible.

Desired outcome: I would love to see some changes in this store as it is the closest to where I live. Needs to be better. I would like a gift card to have a "do over" I love White Castles and don't want to give up on you. My bill was $24.14
