Purchase order 221172099 has been a very frustrating and time consuming online shopping process to fully resolve. On March 1, 2021 I made an online purchase of 2 items. On March 25th I received an email notification informing me that my order was ready for pick up. I picked up the package and signed for the package. Before pulling off in my car I opened the package and discovered that there had been a mix up and someone else's merchandise had been shipped to me. I immediately took the package back into the store and informed the sales clerk of the mix up. The sales clerk immediately contacted someone at the store where the package was shipped from. I spoke with this sales person directly via store phone provided me with 2 options, 1) I could receive a refund and reorder 2) I could have the package delivered directly to my place of residence which would not require reordering /refund. I opted to have the package delivered to my place of residence and confirmed the address with the sales person. On March 29th I recd an email notifying me that 1 of my items had been cancelled, Long Sleeve Jersey T Shirt and I would rec a refund. On April 2 I recd an email notification notifying me that my package had been delivered. I immediately looked outside and saw no package. I then contacted the support personnel to inquire about the delivered and was informed that the package had been delivered to the store instead. I contacted the store and the store had no record of this delivery. I spoke with a Mrs. Womack regarding the matter and she was able to track the package that had been delivered to the store and considered as a stock item and not an on line purchase. I went to the store and pick up the jogging pants and was given a $10.00 store credit that I had to push for instead of it being offered to me. I had not recd my refund from the cancelled order and called customer support to inquire about why it was taking so long for me to receive my refund. I was informed by the person who I spoke to that there was nothing she could to help me resolve this matter. After looking the order # up her records reflect that I signed for the package and that I had picked up the items. She informed me that apparently a new order number was not generated at the time of the exchange so what she was seeing was that I picked up the item. She informed me that store had to resolve this matter seeing that they were directly involved with the exchange. I then attempted to reach Mrs. Womack who had assisted me with the other item. I contacted her via phone and sent her an email and have not received a response. The credit card that I purchased the items was a temporary card (Card ending 7185) until I recd my permanent card that has a different number. This matter can be resolved by sending me the item that I purchased and a minimal $25.00 voucher for store credit or refunding me the purchase amount and a minimal $25.00 voucher for store credit..
