Me and my family of (5) members went to baskin robbins 31 flavor wedsnday 4/30/2008 @ 8:45 pm in honor of the .31 cent scoop night. the limit was 10 scoops per person. Instead of having my whole family in line i had them to sit down and waite while i approach the counter and request 2 scoops of 5 different ice cream which was a total of 10 scoops the manager refuse to give me the 10 scoops, in his own words are the limit is 3 scoops per person i pointed out my family whom were sitting in the chairs the manager refuse to give me the 10 scoops of ice cream he said that the limit was 3 per person and that my family members would have to come and wait in line and purchase the ice cream seperate i showed him the flyer that i had where it stated 10 per person the manager told me to come back after 9pm tomorrow he would honor it by that time the patrons that was in line behind me was angry screaming the add said 10 scoops per person the manager stated its 3 scoops when i ask the manager his name he told me he dont have time to give me his name than i requested the district managers number he told me he dont know the number i ask the manger his name again he said sam i ask for his last name he stated he dont have one and he dont have time to give me his name come back later or go somewhere else when ask him again he got real nasty with me i ask him to give me the number so i can talk to his boss he refused to give me the number. So me and my family left never to return to baskin robbins again and so did other patron walked away not buying any ice cream i always buy ice cream from baskin robbins atleast 2-3 times a week after the service i recieved on 4/30/08 i dont think i would ever return there never again. from a ex dissatisfied customer in chicago.

They did the same thing to me in Springfield, IL! This is called FALSE ADVERTISING, and they can be fined up to $50, 000. There is no excuse! Call your Better Business Bureau and let them know - that's what I'm going to do!
