Our business leased a credit card machine from this company and when the lease was up we went with a different company. We informed Lease Finance of our decision. After that we tried over and over to call them and had to leave messages because no one ever answered the phone. We left messages quit often but no one ever returned our calls. This all started in Nov. 2015. When I tried again, with no one answering, I was going to leave a message. Before I could do that I got a message stating the message box is full, Good bye. We still get a bill every month and it is now up to $164.85, we are beside ourselves and how to get them to talk to us and stop sending those bills. I think this is a very unprofessional way to do business and we only want the bills to stop since we don't use their company at all anymore.
Lease Finance Group [LFG] - nutrit credit card machine
After over ten years leasing a credit card machine from this company, I tried to cancel and return machine as my business was closing. Allowed the company to automatically deduct payment from the business account months after business quit taking credit cards. Many calls were made with no response. Finally closed business account. They are now trying to collect on the closed business many months later. This company is a criminal organization and truly fraudulent. I would be glad to join any class action law suit against this company. Richard B. Liles Former owner of Richard Liles and Company Santa Rosa Bch. Fl.
Lease Finance Group [LFG] - Unethical company
NPC or Retriever Processing allows reps to come in and offer better credit card processing rates, but you must lease "THEIR" machine. Then you find out it isn't their machine at all and they are peddling for LFG. You can buy the same machine for $289.95 or less but you must lease this in order to get their rates.
Lease Finance Group, LLC claims these people are not their employees, but they allow people to represent them in order to force companies to get the credit card processing rates they offer, so isn't that somehow misrepresentation then? Obviously if LFG, charges 12 times more for their leased equipment, they have the resources to be obnoxious and annoying to the few who have tried to get out from under them. Machine has been returned, bank account closed, still getting invoice for last 'unpaid' amount and annoying phone calls every day. It sounds like if we HAD stuck it out and finished paying it off per our contract, that we would not have been off the hook anyways! What a terrible company!

Signed up with this nightmare company LFG aka Northern Leasing, Asset Management, etc. and completed a 4 year contract with outdated equipment( did not use for 3.5 years) and followed lease agreement to the letter. Sent letter of termination with proof and mailed back terminal. They continued to withdraw money from my bank account. Finally reached a person 4 months later - they moved from NYC without sending any written notice - and they said I was being charged for the terminal as "they have no record I returned the machine". They are unethical and should not be allowed to conduct business in the USA. We'd go to jail for similar tactics. Plus, out of state companies withdrawing funds from an out of state companies bank is interstate fraud. This company and all its divisions needs to be shut down.
