The Salvation Army USA - Associate

To whom it might concern, I'm a frequent visitor of the Salvation Army located at 2270 N. Clybourn Ave and have a very good report with all the associates at the store as they all seem to know me. Besides being a constant mail in donor.
However today at approximately 6:15 PM I walked in with my mask being affixed to my face the very rude associate at the door literally yell at me to out on my mask. He very well seen I was putting it on.
I then politely been that Insee him often I asked him that was not very nice yelling at me to out on my mask as he very well knew that I had not move from the door entry until putting on the mask. He then with a higher pitched voice said he didn't care. And then call the very cool calm and collective manager that already knew who I was and removed him from the door entry.
This was the biggest and most humiliating episode I have ever encountered and I sorry to say will no longer be a long time donor and will refrain from shopping at the Salvation Army.
I'm once to three times a week shopper as I buy to help the homeless in the streets.
Surely if you contact evening store manager she can re-train this gentlemen on his people skills.
With my 40 years in the customer service industry this is perhaps the worst one I had to encounter l.

The Salvation Army USA - Thrift store

Someone in the store named (Guadalupe) whose's spouse contracted Covid19 and passed away. (Guadalupe) also contracted Covid19 but was recalled back to work on 6/3/20 and on 6/30/20 contracted Covid19 again.
Dimitrius the Lead Manager chose not to close the store down and did not send anyone home. Employees currently working were not recommended to get tested, only managers. This not business like and i am demanding the store be closed until further notice. I would like to file this complaint against Dimitrius and all managers for not protecting all the employees of this store. If nothing is done about this situation legal action will be taken immediately.

The Salvation Army USA - The manager accused me of stealing.

11-11-2019 I was at the registered checking out, when the manager ran over and told the cashier that the price on the coat was incorrect. She further explained that she was the one who priced the coat. I replied that the coat was torn and that a salvation army worker was called from the back and she had re-priced the coat. The cashier confirmed that that was the truth. Then the manager proceeded to say was I going to pay for the hat that I was wearing. I told her that I came in the store with the hat on. I was at the salvation army two weeks prior. She said that I didn't come in wearing the hat, because she seen me enter the store via cameras that are in her office. I told her I was wearing a hood, and she couldn't have seen me on any cameras because I walked passed her and she and some other employees were trying to get a bird out of the store. She continued to humiliate me arguing and so forth. She then asked me for a receipt for the hat. I couldn't produce my receipt at the time, but I purchased the hay with my debit card. I have never been so humilated in my life, I deserve an apology, and she needs more customer service training. She had even threathen to call the police on my boyfriend, because he asked her a question about me stealing the hat. I'm taking my story to the news. I will be stopping back at the salvation to show my purchase via my debit card. I have donated and shop with the salvation army for years, but after that performance from a manager I will no longer visit any salvation army stores.
