I went in to purchase a vehicle and the sales manager was very racist he didn't want to help or assist and had a nasty attitude with me and my boyfriend. He decided to tell one of his African American sales people to help us and said these are more your people so you can help them. At that point I felt very disrespected and decided to walk out! Not only was I disrespected but the employees that were on the floor were cursing to each other and very unprofessional. The whole experience was a disaster and I would not recommend that place to anyone.

This is Catrina Lissade with a 2005 Ford Explorer I just had a run in with Joe the Manager of Service in the East dundee location and I am shaking he was extremely rude to me this is my 3rd car from JD Byrider and I will never do business with your company again because of him. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. The issue was I dropped my car off for service radio was perfectly fine and attached when i picked my car up there was no antenna on it so I called and they were like yes we have it come pick it up. So i pick it up and realize the reason it wasn't on the car when i picked it up is because its broke someone servicing the car broke it off.. I called the service department and the manager Joe picked up I was polite because I'm in customer service as well and am trained in how to talk to people. He immediately got defensive and started talking loud saying that the antenna was broke off when the car got there. That's untrue my antenna was attached and car radio was working when i dropped it off. And why would I have had to drive all the way back over there and pick up my antenna if they hadn't detached it? Makes no sense. I didn't want to argue with him so I asked him for the # to corporate and he yelled at me tole me no, told me to look it up myself and hung up on me. I have never been treated like that in my life...
