On the eve of Wednesday 9/13/23, My son and I went to have Dinner @ Red Lobster in Gurnee, ill. It was about 5:30ish, it was not busy at all. Service & Quality of food has gone down Tremendously at the Gurnee, ill Red Lobster. It was not busy At All. It took the waitress 10-15 mins just to ask us if we wanted a beverage - 10 mins latter we received our biscuits along with our order. She than took our appetizer order & our all you can eat shrimp order. Now mind you I told her specifically to Please bring our appetizer before our meal, she stated Okay, and repeated our order 2x's, Than came back & had us repeat it again. To say less at this time We were getting a little Frustrated. About 20 mins latter she came with our Shrimp, and after repeating the order several times, it was still wrong, she did not get my son's order correct & forgot his broccoli, I was beyond [protected]@ this point & asked to speak to ma manager, When speaking to her I told her about the shrimp order & my Baked potato was cold - the second one was hard as a rock - our broccoli was mushy. So she said I will take off the appetizer - but we ate one & threw the rest away, they tasted Spoiled! This is the WORST Experience with this Red Lobster I have ever had! Unfortunately I think this is an ongoing problem with this Red Lobster, because they are really never packed like they use to be - I was going to go to a different restaurant, but Son Insisted on going there, Which was a HUGE MISTAKE!
Desired outcome: I really can not say, but my bill was $43 & I wouldve spent less another restaurant & I am sure that I would have better Service & Much Better Quality of Food!
