I purchased furniture on 30 June with a protection plan. I was told information about the plan will be delivered with the furniture. When information was not delivered I looked into the plan online and it was not what was promised in the store. I have tried on 6 occasions to contact the store. The store number goes to main number. The main number hangs up on you after 25 minutes. I contacted sales person. She said she would take care of it and get back to me. Never happen and won't respond. I contacted illinois attorney General along with BBB to see if they can help. I also contested the charge with CC. Worse consumer service ever. Before purchase try and see if you can get through. If there is any problems with your order this is what to expect.
Desired outcome: I want to be credited for protection plan $379.99
