The Bradford Exchange - Would like all contact information for unsolicited accounts permanently removed from their database.

In regards to: The Bradford Exchange, 9333 N. Milwaukee Ave. Niles Il.

A friend of mine received an invoice from this company for a stained glass wall plaque for the amount of $159.99 plus tax and shipping for a total of $190.93. The real problem is that he has been in prison for the last 4 years and won't be out for at least another 3 years. He cannot order anything from anybody, at any time, for any reason! I called the Phone number for the company and they validated that the information they had was correct but had no information about how it may have been ordered. This seems to be a 'Send the unsolicited bill, then send the item after we have their credit card information" scam. If this proceeds further will I need to contact a lawyer on my friend's behalf to protect his elderly family members from harassment for payment for an item never ordered?

The Bradford Exchange - I did not receive order.

Bradford Exchange informed me that my order was shipped on 10/08/20. I did not receive the order or notice that the order had been shipped and tracking number until I made an inquiry. Bradford Exchange informed me that I could obtain shipping and tracking information on their website at www.BradfordExchange.com. I went to the website and did not find a category for this information. Therefore I am requesting that Bradford Exchange provide this information by mail if possible. Account # [protected]

Desired outcome: Information about shipping and tracking or refund.

The Bradford Exchange - Purchase of a product and a unauthorized change

I purchase a Thomas Kinkade Snowman for a friend and was having it shipped to Alaska. I received a notice that it was being shipped and would be received Dec13th thru the 18th. Then I see a charge in my account for $194.81 which I did not understand since I only purchased the one item. Called it seems that I had looked at a coat and left in the cart. Received several emails reminder me that I had something that I needed to complete the purchase. I never finished the purchase but Bradford Exchange decided that I must want it and put it through. I called and they it was too bad I could not get a refund for the item I did not purchase until it was returned. Then when I went to track the snowman he disappeared searched my account and was not charged for him. So I item I purchased was never charged but said was being send and the item I did not purchase was charged on my account. This is fraud, they stole my money when it was not authorized. They are crooks
