Purchased a bedroom set in December from your Orland Park store but found the mattress to be very uncomfortable after the first night, I also received a free set of metal box springs that were to short for my king bed, After a week I reached out to your customer service who was very understanding and that stated I had the warranty but needed to wait 30 days which I did. Returned to the store spoke to Javon who was very sympathetic and asked us to pick out different mattress and it would be delivered the following Saturday along with new box springs . Still no
mattress. Returned back to store and spoke to store manager, and she stated it would be changed. Still no delivery date or phone call on an
Effort to make this right. Very disappointed in this experience, Did not get what I paid for and this mattess is very uncomfortable and painful,
Purchased from Ashley before and this by far is the worst experience and purchase I have had.
This was a $ 4000 purchase and expect to be satisfied with purchase. Reaching out for my customer guarantee.
