I stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Palatine last week for about a week. The room was gross - the refrigerator in the room was molding, the microwave in the lobby hadn't been cleaned (you could tell) and the front desk employee, Sanjay from Pakistan) was extremely rude, roughly grabbing my things in the lobby and making the contents fall out (my private clothes), giving me the finger and accusing me (lied about) of banging on the front-desk check-in desk door. He was crazy and nuts! I would like his aggressive behavior addressed - I think he should be fired!
