Fifth Third Bank / 53.com

Fifth Third has had my mortgage for about 10 years. For the past 3.5 years, they have refused to send me a statement, either by mail or email. Today I learned that my account has been locked, and that no statements are even available. I have paid about $1500 per month, never missed a payment. What are they hiding on my account? Why won't they send me a simple statement? As a Service Disabled Veteran, I feel that they are discriminating against me!
