Giordanos

A pizza that was ordered ($30) from this Giordanos location in Rockford IL on 10/18 was greatly undercooked, water-running in the pizza and completely inedible. It was so bad that we had to use a spoon to dig into the pizza, even after one or two spoon-full of pizza sauce, we had to throw the rest in the garbage as it was just disgustingly undercooked. Unsatisfied with the first deep dish pizza I ordered for dinner, upon calling back the next day, was confronted with an unfriendly rude unhelpful and somewhat frustrated and angry person who was not only willing to help me out nor was willing to calm this unhappy customer's nerves down. I was very surprised and shocked that I got headache for the rest of that day and had to take time off from work! This was the first deep dish pizza and unfortunately turned out real bad.
For the time wasted creating complains and the stress and headache that was followed after the arguments on the phone with Giordanos, there is no refund or no way to make it up, but the minimum refund is the monetary refund for the uneaten pizza.
I suggest the company to invest more in providing customers with a satisfactory product and to have understanding personnel who know how to deal customers in a diplomatic way! Thank you for your time and considerations.
