Hello I dont know if he was a manager at hallmark or just an associate at the hallmark in the mall in Springfield il. His name is Jon and he came into to the business I work at and was very upset because his husband glasses were supposedly made incorrect but whatever the case was, he was very rude and racist towards mr and there are several witnesses to the incident. He told me to go back to the HOOD WITH MY FAM. That was very racist and he stereotyped me. I dont appreciate that type of verbal abuse and would like someone to follow up with this.
