We stopped by Lumber Liquidators to find hardwood. When we were talking to the Sales person we voiced we wanted the best Brazilian Cherry and he said we were in luck it was on Sale. We purchased the flooring and two days later my husband picked it up. We purchased enough for 2 rooms. After 1 room was completed we found 50 percent of the boards were bad. In returning the bad product we were informed by another sales person it was what they called 2nd's and they do not replace bad boards. We would have to purchase more. We had to purchase more 2 more times to complete the room. We did not ask for an inferior floorling we asked for the best. After the floor finally was completed it looked horrible. We waited so long to do this and when we finally could it was awful, I just cried. Looking down the two rooms the boards were at different levels. They were starting to gap. AND yes we had a professional install it. I emailed the company with no response. I would never recommand anyone to go there. The sales staff just wants a sale and does not inform you and on the 5 page contract you sign it is in small print, easily missed. BEWARE

Formaldehyde is a known carcinogen commonly found in composite wood products, such as hardwood flooring. Independent testing conducted at two different IAS certified laboratories revealed formaldehyde levels as high as three and half times the government mandated maximum emission level in Lumber Liquidators’ Mayflower flooring.
