After numerous calls and chats only reaching representatives in the Philippines stating there is nothing they can do for the unauthorized charge for NON-RETURN for over $32, for a disc that I PURCHASED after being offered the option to BUY for $6 at the box.
They refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor, refused a contact option in the U.S. They refused to offer a resolution. They just stated their system doesn't let them make corrections to system errors. The most frustrating unprofessional experience with any customer service center. Shame on Redbox for not offering resolutions to consumers charged for incorrect services. There are not any phone numbers to resolve complaints from offshore negligence, there is not a complaint process, a phone number, nothing, only routes to the Philippines with a loop sending you back into the pool of reps that are unable to provide any level of customer service. Shame!
