I was Involved in a car accident on 2/16/2024 with one of your insurance's carriers. The accident was on Russell & Lewis Ave in Winthrop Harbor, IL at 7:40am. I received a flat tire, damage to my axle, front end, left front headlight, and left quarter panel. One of your claim's adjusters got back to me today to let me know that the other party involved said we arrived at the stop sign together and proceeded to go through it at the same time. I hoped that it would be a simple fix but all I seem to get is, aww! I'm so sorry and we understand. This is very disappointing and frustrating on my end. Only one person was very helpful, and her name is Jazzlyn everyone else including the claims adjuster was not. It's my word versus his word situation and its very upsetting when the damage I sustained to my car clearly shows who's at fault. I don't know what else to do. I've never been in an accident, and we did not call the police because no one was hurt, and we were able. I was headed West on Rusell, and he was headed North on Lewis which put me on his right and him to my left. If I'm not mistaken the car to the left has to yield. I can be contacted at,
